I'm an active general contractor in Stark county that thoroughly understands all facets of home construction and renovation. I specialize in renovating old houses, and do so to the highest possible standard.

Thermal imaging adds an extra layer of insight that isn’t visible to the naked eye and helps provide a more thorough home inspection. By detecting temperature differences, it can help identify missing or disturbed insulation, air leakage, moisture intrusion, and overheating electrical components at the time of inspection.
As a professional home inspector serving the Akron/Canton area, as well as surrounding areas in Summit and Stark county, I use thermal imaging as a non invasive tool to help uncover hidden conditions that may warrant further evaluation. Thermal imaging is included at no additional cost with every general home inspection to deliver added value and deeper insight for my clients.
